1. How do I choose the shipping method?
We offer several types of shipping, normal Poslaju and Pos Parcel. Please note that the shipping charge is different if you are located either in the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah or Sarawak. Your shipping rate will be automatically calculate based on weightage and location. Please choose which type of shipping you satisfied.
2. When can I expect to receive my parcel?
We strive to dispatch your parcel within 2-3 working days after receiving the payment for your order when the item you ordered is in stock. Normally we will send the parcel tomorrow if we receive your order today. We use Pos Malaysia for delivery. The service standards as promised by Pos Malaysia below for Post Parcel and Poslaju. Please refer to their website for more information. We will contact you as soon as possible if any problem.
3. I am in urgent need of this item. Can you help?
Yes, if you need the item fast, please whatsapp this no to order – 012-3699717. Let discuss with us and we will consider to deliver to you urgently.
4. What if an item I order is not in stock?
While we make sure that all the items put on www.MyComel.com.my is in stock or else, we will mark as ‘SOLD OUT’ and thats mean the item is out of stock. If you have purchase the item and we check it there is no stock we will inform you immediately and you can choose either a refund or a replacement.
5. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged according to the total weight of all your orders following the postage rates offered by Pos Malaysia or the rates offered by a courier agent if you request to use a courier service. We also charge a minimal additional fee for packaging materials and handling.
6. What should I do if I still do not receive my item after an extended period of time?
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply can whatsapp us at 012-3699717. If the parcel is sent with PosDaftar, Poslaju, Domestic Parcel or through a courier service, we can provide you with a tracking number where you can enquire at a post office near you or the courier company respectively. We can also help to initiate an enquiry at the post office to track down the parcel.
